Adam was born in the small town of Grand Island, Nebraska and raised in suburban Omaha. His time there instilled a strong sense of community, service, and hard work ethic. After many different stops along the way, Adam earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He then went on to become one of the most successful and sought after doctors in the city.
Kim earned her bachelor’s in science with a concentration on pre-medicine from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Going on to received her master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, she became a Board Certified Physician Assistant. Her studies focused on Spine, but also had a diverse background in Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgical, Ob/Gyn, Cardiac, Colorectal and Plastics/Reconstruction. She has a previous background in music and sports, and enjoys practicing both activities with her son.Less
Growing up in Victoria, Texas, Debby always knew she wanted to interact with people and be involved in helping them in some way. After leaving Victoria High School she went up the road to Victoria College and dove headlong into business courses. Along the way Debby felt a desire to pursue something in healthcare, so she took courses in CPT Coding, as well as anatomy and medical terminology. This humble start led to over four decades of working in the medical field. Today she finds the most rewarding part of her job at Texas Spine Care is being able to work with our patients. The only thing she loves more, is being called “Nanny” by her two beautiful granddaughters.Less
For the past 13 years Crystal has been on the front lines of helping patients deal effectively with their pain. This native of nearby Boerne, TX attended San Antonio College where she pursued her second love, “healthcare.” She studied diligently, always with the goal of becoming a Medical Assistant. This dedication included an in-depth focus on billing and coding. At Texas Spine Care she works with our patients making sure they are as comfortable and pain free as possible. If being by our patient’s side is her second love, “what’s her first love” you ask? Being outside – Crystal is an accomplished bow hunter and fisherman.Less
This graduate of South San Antonio High School decided early that she was meant to be in the medical field. She also knew she wanted to stay close to San Antonio near friends and family. So she enrolled at Career Point College and earned her degree as a Certified Medical Assistant. For the last 18 years she has been coming in with one goal on her mind – to get her patients back to a life after pain. At the core of who Brenda is you’ll find a happy, gentle person with a deep desire to continue learning. When Brenda graduated from Marque Learning Center she knew she wanted more. So it was no surprise when she announced that she would be attending Career Point College to begin her healthcare training. Her focus led her to receive a certification as a Medical Office Specialist. Her passion to learn and grow quickly propelled her into a position as a trusted member of the Texas Spine Care team. Brenda is also our “resident linguist” – she can read and speak Spanish fluently.Less
Julie is a transplant to the great State of Texas. She hails from the majestic island of Oʻahu, Hawaii where she attended Waipahu High School. She stayed on the island to receive her nursing training from Hawaii Pacific University. Here she earned her (CMA) Certified Medical Assistant credentials which represents the highest standard of professionalism in the field, as well as a nursing degree. For the last 12 years Julie has been helping patients and their families through pain, stress and uncertainty. She fits wonderfully into our Texas Spine Care…‘ohana.Less
